By creating an account or using Kalorie, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Users must be at least 13 years old. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Kalorie offers AI-powered nutrition tracking including: calorie and macronutrient tracking, AI food photo recognition, AI nutritionist chat, nutrition analytics, social features, challenges, and barcode scanning.
Users must provide accurate information when registering and maintain credential confidentiality. All account activities remain the user's responsibility.
Prohibited activities include: unlawful purposes, user harassment, reverse engineering, automated tools, security circumvention, impersonation, and malicious content uploading.
Kalorie is not a medical service. Nutritional information and suggestions are informational only and should not replace professional healthcare consultation before dietary changes.
AI features may produce inaccurate results. Food photo estimates are approximations, and AI suggestions are not professional substitutes. Users should independently verify important nutritional data.
Kalorie owns the app and its design. Users retain ownership of created content but grant the company limited processing and display rights.
Kalorie offers paid plans: Essential (19.99 AED/month) and Premium (39.99 AED/month). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours beforehand through Apple ID settings.
Users are responsible for shared content. The company may remove policy-violating posts. Public sharing grants other users viewing rights.
Kalorie may suspend accounts for term violations. Users can delete accounts anytime. Termination immediately ends service access.
Kalorie's liability caps at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
Users indemnify Kalorie against claims from service use, term violations, or third-party rights infringement.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms, providing notice via app or email. Continued use implies acceptance.
Delaware law governs these terms without conflict provisions consideration.
Unenforceable provisions do not invalidate remaining terms.
